If the dividend is 41 sens, for 1k units it means you get 410 before tax. Just taking from jtpc2006 statement above

Well, although it already gain 40cents but this does not mean the share price will stop there.
On asset wise, their offices located in very strategic city area. The land price is a hidden gem if re-evaluate in current market value.
The coming GE may also boost up the advertistment sector in chinese paper. That expect could be big this time.
If you expect buy today then sell tomorrow to make profit then is quite difficult. But keep it a longer term and look things differently...

TP 1.94 including div 41cents, after exdate 6/11/12 will find its natural level after the 41cents div payout, maybe 1.53.
