when on ex date share price will fall. if dividend is 90 cents it will fall back 90 cents on pre opening. Where got extra bonus. no free lunch la. I had this dividend before from other stocks. unless you enter earlier at 2.40. it time for you to exit those who stuck at 3.0 before. at your own risk final call

teaderalexooi what you talking is dividend. People are talking about SPECIAL dividend which doesn't do much to the share price unlike normal dividend.

for long term investor is fine for PE ROI as it will be same after div but for short term who eyeing for share price gain is not going to look at PE and ROI.
