“Beyond this, AAGB is looking to dispose of the remaining 35 aircraft in MAA’s balance sheet sometime during FY19-20F, with the proceeds to be also declared as special dividends.

“Once completed, MAA will be an asset-light airline with its entire fleet on operating leases. We have not included any of the latter extra special dividends into our target price until we have more clarity on if and when it will take place,” it said.

if high oil price is a factor to sell...i see it as an opportunity to kill off other airlines n eat their market share...u do not get this opportunty to grab market share all the time...so high oil price grab market share..low oil price reap compounded profit...

Agree with freetospeak. While other airlines struggle badly, Airasia keeps making profit and grabbing more market share. If the oil price remain low from the recent drop, the obvious winner will be the one who have bigger market share.

I enter aa at rm3 now i got 2 options sell aa now and get 7sen per share or hold 10 more days to gey 40 sen per share.

I think smart ppl all know which one to choose la. Sure hold tight get 40 sen per share. Don simply let ppl sway you and let go your share plz

Lol target price rm4 is real. Macquarie group I trust you. MIDF and MACQUERIE are the more realistic one. CIMB too conservative....AA had been expanding aggressively when other airlines are not...It's gonna be a great year ahead! TO RM5!
