Yesterday I just went to KLcity Berjaya buiness drop a lot can see 12 pm so few crowds mostly Malays a lot !! Sorry I know spud abit racist but I am not racist I am just saying what I saw ya don’t angry !!
Pavillion Mickey Mouse theme impressive but compare crowds last year and 2years ago very obvious drop half !!
Isetan japan store bad but food wise got good tourist & local people !!
Genting Malaysia good crowd because of Pikachu !! Many good feedback !!

yes, this is I heard, the seller at 12.12 will get the dividend while the buyer at 12.12 will not get the dividend, but not sure is this mean the buyer latest at 11.12 will get the dividend for this.

To everyone asking if you buy now will get special dividend 40 sen or not: as long as you buy before the EX date, which is 12 Dec 2018, Then you will be entitled to the dividend.

If you buy now and hold until 11/12/2018 at 5pm then you safe...even you sell at 12/12/2018 you still entitlement to dividend...if you buy at 12/12/2018, you will not entitle to dividend...if you want to buy 11/12/2018 is the last day...understand?

you hold until 11/12 at 5pm...then you entitle...no need to hold until 12/12 5pm unless you are long term investor hold for very long time
