Always remember, almost all stocks o KLSE drops towards Chinese New Year, so a short term retracement isn't worrying. I would infect be using this time to load up on fundamentally strong companies and companies who can do major turn around.

Bumi Armada, and Air Asia are 2 of the 10 companies that I have been loading up on consistently.

AirAsia Group said for the fourth quarter of 2018 (Q4 2018), the total passengers carried increased by 16% to 12.11 million in the seasonally strong quarter from 10.44 million a year ago.

of course oil is not the only expense that AA have but it is the MAJOR expense source...last QR oil was at high price and yet AA still manage to have profit imagine increasing in passengers together with drop in oil price.....

For the record.

Q4 Airasia still pocket USD233.5M + USD148.89M from AAC, totalled USD 382.39m. That's RM1.567.8 b.

If you believe there is a second special dividend, that's where its from.

Previous special dividend is 0.40 * 3342 = approximately 1336.8m only.

My guess is 600m operating profit + gain on AAC sale. Maybe a billion plus minus.

Note that the whole exercise TF after, is to enhance shareholder's value + enrich his pocket. Stock price recovers 40c after special dividend is paid, so why not do it again and again.
