other things that AA should return is the PSC which they hv collected for passenger that never able to make the trip due to own cancellation, etc.. other fares AA can take, but PSC they must return to passenger..or via MAHB !..

Go and read MAV regulations. Airlines should return any PSC collected when passenger cannot make to flight for whatever reason , other than die..huhu. PSC if for airport management, NOT for airlines..

and TF can see, using media tactic to divert ppl/government attention by posting tong sampah la, bee hives la.. and ppl buy it. ..but the underlying issue.. AA has a lot to pay. So, don be surprised ..hehe

by the way, Malindo give back any PSC collected from passenger with no flight..but u have to go personally to their office or klia... so what about AA??.. if u count that every day x year = runs into millons in default !.

Sad that the $3 collected actually going to MAHB pocket because AA need to pay extra cost using KLIA2. Many paid reports trying to spin / twist and make AA looks BAD. Wonder who paid those so called analysis? Hmmmmm...

Hi Ron90, you can claim back any fees and taxes when you did not fly. You can claim after the departure of the flight. This can be done online via airasia website.

Most likely both side withdraw their claims. Otherwise both sides have to bear serious impact.

MAHB, they will lose their monopoly management and if AA win, then other airlines will do the same to them.

AA, if AA lose, then they will bring huge financial impact to bottom line for paying back such fee. Anyhow if you calculate rm3 from implementation. It should be around rm400m, hehe.

In this commercial world, the best defence is attack. Now both sides also, I will personally opined that very likely close case outside the court IF OUR DEAR MINISTER OF FINANCE step in (but look like keep silence until now; maybe too heavy to handle?)

this one i agree...because of the word"non-refundable" in T&C of AA...hehe...but actually how many AA can eat leh?passenger cancellation by own also not many mah...rugi oh buy non-refundable air ticket...hehe

if u are frequent flyers and observe whats happening around the airport, u should know what airport operators, airlines, regulator function and responsibilities. Govt olso has policy.

I never saw on my AA tickets that show no PSC charges, hemm..so anybody got NO PSC on their tickets?..if not, thats true, AA collected it but keep it for them self. That PSC is for what?. go and figure la, ask Mr. Google and MAV.

and as i mentioned earlier, AA never refund passenger for any flight cancel by passenger. Some reports has been made to MAV, its about time jer AA hv to act to pay back that money. it might be in double-digit millions oo..so can understand la why TF acting that way.. money talks la.
