If study QR past 1.5 years earliest QR is 24th before end qtr announcement. After that(May 2018) all is delay bec QR not good or worse.

Quite unlikely to bid last Sep results yoy. Most likely pushing up the price before poorer results announcement so that it won't fall too low as like HaiO and some other stocks.
