AA buy plane from airbus..air bus sponsor f1 team co run by AA..AA get publicity...understand...where is the bribery...if the F1 Team is not run by Tony..AA also need to pay sponsorship...so AA get back the kick back already in the form of free publicity ...so easy to argue...if go to DPA ...DPA might not win...thats why settle out of court..
