Tbh i think a 2 week lockdown would help alot. At least to bring down the number of infections. Just not sure how businesses will be able to sustain with 1/2 a month slowdown

High level of infection rate is needed to expedite emergency use or conditional approval. MRNA vaccine is nothing new but only being used in china for outbreaks in 2017. No other countries had high numbers of measles and polio to justify EUA.
But now its different. So when you see high numbers of infection and sold recovery stocks, good luck.
The first conditional approval is always the hardest but once its done, the rest will follow very soon. Which is why you see moderna and astral all getting EUA within weeks after pfizer.
