The Plaintiffs claimed that Kuo Jen Chang is the legal representative of EFB in Thailand. Kuo Jen Chang will be contesting that he is not the legal representative of EFB in Thailand. dunno. but court case usually take time, few months to few years.. still have time to monitor on it. now the court case just start hearing, suspect still some share holders not aware of it.

Reference is made to Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad (“EFB”) previous announcement dated 7 August 2012 pertaining to the case filed by the other shareholders of Dynea Krabi Co., Ltd. (“the Plaintiffs”) against EFB in the intellectual Property and International Trade Court in Bangkok [Case Black No Tor Por 112/554] (“ Material Litigation”) first announced on 28 March 2012.

The Board of Directors would like to announce that the Material Litigation has been settled and withdrawn without any costs or compensation to either party resulting from the parties having executed and registered a Compromise Agreement [“CA”] before The Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court in Bangkok, Thailand today.

In the Compromise Agreement,

1.It is agreed that EFB shall cease to be party of the joint venture pursuant to the sale of all its 412,500 shares in Dynea Krabi Co., Ltd. to other existing shareholders and the sale of shares to be completed on 1st October 2012.

2.The Plaintiffs and EFB has irrevocably agree to settle and compromise on the dispute under this Complaint/ Legal Suit and this Compromise Agreement shall constitute the absolute and final settlement of this Complaint/Legal Suit with no further claim be brought by any party against another party or parties in respect of the disputed matters in this Complaint / Legal Suit and all related agreements in respect of the joint venture.

On the 13/9/2012 EVERGRN are at Oversold position where the stochastic line line are below 20% line, pending lowest price resistance.

The lowest price recorded are at 0.62/0.625 resistance with the Volume at average 300K to 370K.

The Volume increase today to 580K and today is the beginning of the crossing of 20% stochastic line to 50% line.

MacD gave a BUY BUY call signal (Negative, Negative) and the RSI are still below 50%. Current RSI are at 41.1%

Volume increase from the moment i type from RM580 to 607M and the BUY/SELL are at RM 0.690/0.695.

OSK forecast fair value RM 1.02 last quarter and now suddenly cut the target price to Rm 0.66, what type of forecast is this. Last quarter and this quarter is just difference about 3 months and suddenly the fair value difference can be about 40% + . OSK should fire this analyst because he not even can forecast accurately for just 3 months duration. The analyst forecast fair value is just a guessing work like small kids playing 'masak'. Sigh !
