I think currently this stocks is changing hands between trader to investor where trader are que sell at 0.60 n investor buying...it should start flying once break 0.615.

buy at support 0.650 then tomorrow got 3 bid higer. friday got 3 bid higher. next week reach 0.7++ and 0.7 became Strong support. reach 0.8 sen the next week. 0.96 can reachable.

Both Texchem and Evergreen are having similar case but currently Texchem share price was traded at 0.98xBV while for Evergreen it's share price was still traded at 0.59xBV which still at huge discount on their share price therefore Evergreen price movement shall be similar to Texchem which to be traded around 1.0xBV.
