PPrt bubble in Msia is due to DIBS scheme and even car wash boy can own 23 properties. Now Spore banks also extend loans so how not for bubble to be bigger

Foreign funds are protecting their profits. Firstly, even when profit to take home, the r rate from rm to usd from rm2.99-3.04 range is now up to rm3.24 to the usd! This is their current shavings off their profits. Pundits say that it will worsen to rm3.30-3.50 by end year cos Feds trim bond buying starting in sept.
secondly, the 'anticipated' financial crash ... Black September 2008.
So, if you make profit .. You should also trim your portfolio to protect yr capital.
