UEMS will face increasing competition in Iskandar region with the entry of developers fr. Singapore & recently fr. China. It's wait & see what the property tightening measures will be. Interestingly the recent article below says that UOA has nearly 100% DIBS with Mah Sing and UEMS at 30%-40%.
