Let's look at Careplus before the QR was announced on
24th July (after 5pm) to draw some similarities with Harta
for some who still nervous about the coming QR

On 24/07 Careplus highest was 2.67 but closed only 1 sen
from previous day closing @ 2.46. But once the QR came out,
the next day on 25/07 Careplus jumped 2.46 to 2.72 and
closed the day at RM3.04

What I'm trying to say is will there be some profit taking before the QR tomorrow ? Yes and it's expected, but just hold on to your horses and ride with the profit

IB's mindset is strange.

They give high PE but low target price. That means they think Harta cannot make money. If Harta cannot make money, why give high PE.

The ASP hikes of Hartalega and Kossan could be similar as both share similar
customers. The top 5 customers account for 50% of Hartalega’s sales and 30-35%
of Kossan’s sales volume. Their big customers are the big distributors which
largely supply to the hospitals. The big customers also have stronger bargaining
power and have long business relationship with these glove players.
Though Hartalega/Kossan cannot raise their ASPs to their big customers
significantly, we believe they can raise the ASPs for their other smaller
customers more significantly. Hence, they will also see faster blended ASP hikes
in 2H20. Furthermore, Kossan has guided that their normal ASPs (ex-spot orders)
can be increased by 50%.

We maintain our earnings forecasts for Kossan which has already imputed for ASP
hikes and spot orders in 2H20. We have a BUY rating on Kossan with TP of
MYR10.95, based on 27x CY21E P/E (+1SD to 5-year mean).

I think hard to get 400m as boss saying wanna maintain and serve current customer, and contract is signed.... Can't simply up price...
Like i working in semiconductor and require ware nitrile glove in clean room prod, the glove price is fixed with contract signed....

400m expectation is 4X last quarter.

Today's result is for Q1 FY2021. Kenanga forecast for 2021 is 1200m while CIMB forecast is 1500m. If you divide that by 4 quarters evenly that's around 300m and 375m. But if you factor in that most of the higher ASP will come in during the later quarters and the CEO's remarks that they can only cater to new customers (spot) in 9 months time, then we may very well have a cheap sale tomorrow.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing Harta. Just that I have vivid memory of last quarter's announcement.

Just a gentle note - do not over expect QR, the current price has been factor in with imagination. MQ given lower TP yesterday - likely they know the QR result before release.

Take profit, go to small cap maybe lower risk.
