Don’t enter if short seller active. I checked short seller start active at harta starting yesterday. Investors buy and only sell. Shorties sell first only buy. When u sell a lot, of course price down, after down further, only buy back.

RSS may be a factor, but there is a general there is a poor sentiment on the glove industry, Shorties just capitalise on poor sentiment and make some money. If you ban RSS, you slow down the price decrease but the poor sentiment persist and the cut loss downtrend will continue.

At some point this cannot continue. Let say Harta is shorted until say low 2.XX, this cannot persist for long because the company is severely undervalued. Institution will buyback in droves and RSS knows that they can no longer profit from shorting the stock. At some point it will rebound.

I don't know how long this shorting trend will continue, but at some point it will rebound, sooner or later. Whoever buys at the bottom will surely untung.

（吉隆坡21日讯）前首相拿督斯里纳吉建议，政府应该出台计划，鼓励民众购买股票，以刺激大马低迷的股市。

他说，马来西亚今年的股市是全球第二低的股市，股市虽然在上个月政府更迭后有小幅上涨，但大马交易所今年仍是全球第6低。

他说，相信与其他国家相比，马来西亚股市被低估了，因为经济开始重新开放，而且原产品价格和制成品的出口仍然强劲。

“这也意味著，我们有机会让所有马来西亚人，共同参与我们的经济复苏。”
他说，此时股价处于低位，这意味著有许多公司支付的股息高于银行的实际服务费用。

他指出，目前3年期定期存款的年利率仅为 1.9%，而许多蓝筹股票，如国能 (4.1%)、马来亚银行 (5.6%) 和顶级手套 （5.7%），预计将支付更高的股息 。
