RSS getting higher is not a negative sign at least over the medium term..it will only look really bad when share price tanks in the absence of RSS..

@Investor818 - the biggest problem is the profit margin. At c.10% it is well below pre-pandemic levels. So, I don't think even the current PER is sustainable. I suspect Harta will test RM1.50 soon.

If you notice drop only happen to EPF (due to pakat with IB) controlled stocks (TG/Harta/Kossan) whilst small loss making gloves drop 1cent. Clearly they are forcing retailers to sell but good for investors to buy
