michealjp.....off hand, one can see that Ivory would be better. But then again, not necessarily. There is absolutely no point in holding on to either Ivory or MRCB if both counters are weak in pushing up their shares to its realised value. Wud be better to look at other counters. One good example would be TAMBUN.

PETALING JAYA: Ivory Properties Group Bhd's 49%-owned Aspen Vision Land Sdn Bhd (AVLSB) is partnering with Ikano Pte Ltd (Ikano) to develop a mix development project, to be spread over a 10-year period, with an estimated gross development value of RM8 billion in Batu Kawan, Penang.

AVLSB, together with Ikano, will also develop a state-of-the-art integrated regional shopping centre and anchored by an IKEA Store.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Ivory said it had signed a purchase and development agreement with PDA for the acquisition of 245-acre freehold land in Bandar Cassia for an undisclosed sum.

All anaylsts know that they don't have the capability to do it. They just announced that they are behind schedule in their payments for the land purchase in penang world city. Most vendors would have terminated the spa they have only 30 mil in cash and more than 350 mil in borrowings how to get additional debt financing ?

Show proof that it's not having land banks is one thing but being able to develop is profitably is another if a moron is given a free plot of land beside klcc he will lose money from any development he does it's just like giving the worst carpenter the best german tool but the chair will still break when someone sits on it don't treat us like a bunch of fools
