analysts also have directors/bosses who might have shares in certain counters. banks themselves who have share investments also hv convenient investment arm which writes reports. as small fishes, we duno lor how true this and that is.
Just check what factor that cause MBSB & RCECAP share price tumble, then possibly will learn something new when invest with Reit. By the way,not go to shaolin yet to train for steel ball, pinball have some LOL
current price is close to latest NAV of 1.18 and with net dividend yield at 6%.. further selling pressure may not be so strong as compared to other retail REITS.
Thanks for sharing the above article, loryau86. I wanted to buy SUNREITS but now decided to put some extra cash in EPF. Fyi, for retirees, they can still put into their EPF account, up to RM5,000/month or RM60,000 a year. This restriction effective from 1/1/13, whereas before that, one can put in as much as one wants into his EPF account. Limit age is 75 years old.
Haikeyila....if this counter goes down to 1.25, then I will buy... the risk is lower then. Retirees like me cannot afford to be too big a risk taker! Already heavily invested in the stock market years back, and still holding (mostly good dividend yielding stocks), so any 'new' investment must be done prudently!
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
