div might not be attractive but when u are buying reits, you are hoping for a capital gain as well. example those who brought at 1.40 and sell at 1.65...thats a 15% gain. 15% + 4.5% div, i am happy...
Share has bashed down too much in these 2 days, tomorrow may technical rebound with RM 1.50 as resistance level. Both EPF and Skim Amanah Saham are big buyer now.
retailers are fiercely selling reits to free their funds for more HOT stocks for better capital appreciation rather than reits/yield in this bullish market.
If not wrong the IPO only 0.97 and not have much historical data to review,possibly this a question mark that plant for a long time at foreign investor heart.
One of major shareholder of SunREITs finally reveal what it done on SunREITs: Capital Income Builder, disposing share 3 consecutive day... the worse is EPF also join them instead of buy, it reverse decisison to sell now??
With average 2 cents per quarter or about 5%+ dividend. It is better than fd with this counter especially most of the stock price is quite high. Good time to accumulate!
