When go down you want to wait . But when go up everything sound cheap. I agree with Taugeh At 1.4 I think the yield is at 6% already . Better then FD anytime . I bot 1 million at 1.4 . Initially thinking to buy at 1.6 so now I save 200k

haha.. this counter is sold oversold!! nothing wrong with earnings, yet chicken littles all worried and sold... thanks to them i got chance buy sunreit at 6% yield again
i think it is wrong to treat REIT as share, worse still trade them as if they are share. you never buy REIT because it is oversold or sell when it is overbought. your decision must be based on dividend yield compared with the future interest rate. just my 2 cents.
I bought SunReit at avrg price 1.46 many months ago. Havent started to accumalate yet though yield now looks more intereting. M-reit and S-Reit are at downtrend. To say 6% yield is good at the current trend is abit tricky.... Some S-Reit giving 7% yield still facing selling preasure. I will buy kau kau for SunReit if he reach 7% yield.
i can't figure out how this is not a bargain currently. EPF must be funding UMNO big time recently by dumping so many fundamentally good stocks recently. There goes our tax payer's money down the drain.
