Trust nobody, do your own research, read the financial statement, get familiar with some financial terms - it really helps. Never put all your capital into one basket, unless you know the future. Get familiar with the industry, so you can read the sentiment much earlier. Finally, look at the chart for entry and exit. Be rich. Be humble. Repeat the process.

Pemeteraian MoBE tersebut membabitkan projek pembangunan sistem Solar Terapung di bawah program Solar Berskala Besar atau Large Scale Solar Program (LSS), Suruhanjaya Tenaga di Empangan Seluyut, Johor.
Selain itu, PDT dan Cypark juga akan bekerjasama dalam projek pembangunan Ladang Solar Berskala Besar di zon penampan Kompleks Bersepadu Pengerang (PIC) serta pemasangan panel solar di bangunan PIC menerusi Skim Pemeteran Tenaga Bersih atau Net Energy Metering (NEM) di bawah Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
MoBE tersebut ditandatangani Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Cypark, Dato’ Daud Ahmad dan Ketua Eksekutif PDT, Haji Lukman Abu Bakar di Kota Iskandar, semalam.
Turut menyaksikan, Pengurus Besar Kanan Cypark, Achmat Nadhrain Ibrahim; Timbalan Presiden Penyelidikan dan Pemantauan Projek PDT, Azman Jaafar dan Timbalan Presiden Undang-undang, Kesetiausahaan dan Integriti PDT, Firdaus Samad.

（吉隆坡4日讯）峇吉里国会议员杨美盈指出，2016年至今500兆瓦净电能计量政策(NEM)配额已用完，中央政府必须尽快批准明年再次发放500兆瓦的配额，以制造1万5000个绿色就业机会。

她发文告表示，320万个住宅产业、45万个商业产业、9万个排楼工厂、2万1000个独立工厂和1000个购物中心，随着太阳能发电价格持续下降，我国屋顶太阳能潜力巨大，而净电能计量政策（NEM）可以解锁这些潜能。该政策下，安装太能能光伏板的用户可将多余的电能卖给国能。

她表示，净电能计量政策始于2016年，一直到2018年，由于电能的售价和买价格存在差价，使该政策不受欢迎，政府所批准的配额只有15兆瓦左右。

“2018年10月，希盟政府改进了净电能计量政策，推行一对一价格的发点回扣，让电力的生产和消费者能通过将额外的电能输回电网中节省电费，我们也改善了再生能源供应协议（SARE）计划，为没有足够资本支出（CAPEX）的企业提供太阳能租赁。”

她说，从2016至2020年，500兆瓦的配额全部用尽，太阳能行业蓬勃发展，然而整个行业都在等待中央政府决定明年是否继续推行这项政策，若是，投资者需要知道政府决定新配额多寡，反之中央政府在决策过程拖拖拉拉，将给投资者发出错误信号。

她透露，每兆瓦屋顶太阳能可潜在创造32.86个工作机会，比煤炭和天然气的分别产生11.34个和1.44个就业机会更高，新的500兆瓦配额可以产生1万5000多个绿色工作，如工程师、电技工，其他相关技术人员。

I am parking since 88cent-92cent, pretty happy with my gains, but can anyone explain why is SAMAIDEN & SOLARVEST trading at such high P/E ? I just find it baffling.

......so cypark can wait lah.....be patient- I oso collected below 0.90......but dispose above 1.50.....recollected around 1.35)

I dont think they can sell esos share right after they got it.. probably required to hold for a certain period of time. After thinking, the cash from executives use for buying those shares will become company's property also, although it will dilute eps etc. As long as the future prospect is good, this is one of the ways to encourage more productivity from the management side.

@wenlijianqinyun79, it depends on how company executes the esos. either they draw on their reserve share or use profit buyback shares from open market. Please correct me if I'm wrong. :) But I'm still very positive about the company future, maybe panic selling will give us more opportunities to get more tickets haha.
