PUTRAJAYA- Malaysia dan Abu Dhabi menandatangani dua perjanjian perkongsian strategik bernilai RM39 bilion, juga merupakan rancangan membawa masuk modal bagi pembangunan Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Mohd Najib bekata, daripada jumlah itu, RM18 bilion merupakan perjanjian perkongsian bersama 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) dan Aabar investments PJS (Aabar) yang akan merangsang pelaburan berbilion ringgit dalam projek jangka panjang di dalam negara.

“Abu Dhabi juga setuju bangunkan kemudahan penyimpanan petroleum dengan kapasiti 60 juta tong minyak mentah, di luar Pantai Tanjung Piai, Johor dengan anggaran kos sebanyak RM21 bilion yang akan merangsang aktiviti ekonomi yang signifikan,” kata Najib.

Penyimpanan pertroleum itu adalah usahasama Abu Dhabi bersama 1MY Strategic Oil Terminal Sdn Bhd (1MY) di atas tapak berkeluasan 1,000 hektar di Johor.

The funds, according to him was raised in March 2013 for a joint venture of 1MDB with an investment arm of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi called Aabar Investments.

The venture was reported to involve the setting up of a petroleum reserve in Tanjung Piai, Johor, and a strategic partnership in the Tun Razak Exchange.

the future of Mr Ben is indeed bright in the future with the approval of EIA

but we still need to be realistic with the short term price movement at this juncture as Mr Ben is yet to show investors the real money

overly hoping an immediate shoot up will land us no where but disappointment

and so why should it ?

In investment, it is the hard money that counts . Tg Pial is a long term mega project, and one have to see the project take its course before thinking of netting in any gain.

This counter is definitely not for you if you take a short term view like Kukuman.
Are you like him?

Invest in Mr Ben only if you believe the oil and gas industry is a key contributor to Malaysia economy and is there to stay for long.

Is oil and gas industry a major slice of Malaysian economy? Where are we heading without it ? Think about it

Don"t worry about Benalec, If u can hold for at least 3 month n above, price will be around rm 112 - 148. Revenue for 3rd n 4th quarterly will be very good. Long term investment and bright future for this company.Big projek with Johor goverment start going already. Just buy n keep. Huat ah.!!!

Benalec's revenue is inconsistent as they reclaim land for sale but not every quarter having transaction.

They need to get a large project & Buyer in order to ensure short & mid term constant income.
