When it was first announced in December 2019, it was worked out as 3.99 BIMB shares equals 1.0 Takaful share. I'm not sure whether this formula still stands.

Usually a rationale investor would not sell unless pressing need for money. cause the higher the market price, the higher the floor price in the form of the 5 day VWAP

Sell all now, make it drop, IBs havent collect enough tickets, they wont push banking. Wait until they are done distributing techs 1st, then only they will come back

If you keep buying, it will take a longer time for them to collect low. Hence, banking price wont move up. Let them collect low 1st.

first thing first, we must understand the underlying motive for the revision in the buy back price. From a max of 26 sen to becoming a min 26 sen. This highlight that the company is worried that they will not be able to buy back the warrants at 26 sen and jammed up the restructuring exercise. This is why they revised the price upwards from 26 sen. They are willing and wanting to pay more for the warrants. We as buyers should not sell at low price now . If the price goes up to say 36 sen, the company is more than happy to buy back at 36 sen, even if it goes up to say...60 sen, they company will still buy it back at 60 sen. other wise their other restructuring proposal cannot jalan....
