MRT2 is 24% complete as of April 2018, since the project has started, i think it is unlikely that the PH govt will cancel it.

For MRT3, it is not yet awarded to any contractor, but it was saying that Gamuda is likely to secure the project, just hope that the impact is not as significant as hsr..

but currently PH govt keep terminating all the infrastructure projects, i think gamuda is hardly to go back in these few months..

I gonna cut loss if it continues to drop :(

They said the govt got no money, but at the other side they are giving money for raya

mrt sebenarnya akan menaikan harga rumah menjadi lebih mahal...
dgn tiadanya mrt, harga rumah yg sudah di inflate oleh pemaju, mungkin akan jatuh balik ke harga yg lebih logik...
kat depan rumah aku kat damansara dah pun ada MRT sg buloh - kajang..nasib baik sudah siap sebelum perginya regime penyangak dahulu..

@malc, you need to looks into detail, how much need to pay out for raya and how much need to pay for the construction. MRT3 project cost is 2 times of Education yearly budget....

our previous lovely gov need to sell off few lands to pay off the debt of 1mdb, if Gov still got money, they won't sell land to pay interest of 1mdb....

baru baru ini, kita dapat lihat ada beg hermes dan bilkin ditemui,di condo salah seorang penyangak..dan juga cash $114 juta dan barang barang kemas dan belian..
kalau juga diraid rumah/condo & akaun akaun bank zaid, tengku nan, khairy, nazri, jho low,sharizat,musa aman,taib mahmud berapa juta agaknya dapat di cari balik..?
mungkin dapat bayar balik segala hutang 1mdb...dgn "hasil" tersebut..

dont buy property along hsr routes bcos they are 100s kms away from the stations. Dont buy homes along the MRT routes bcos they are far from the mrts stations.

@Nikmon the govt has made gst 0%, fix ron95 despite the increase in oil price etc, all these have reduced a lot of govt revenue
and i think in long term, the development of infrastructure will definitely benefit the country and also the people..
the govt can postpone the project, review the contract, but not come to a decision to terminate projects in just few weeks time.
all the announcements come too quickly and it is hard for market to adjust...

logically PH gov should also slash ecrl too bcos not only costly but only benefited developers and cronies. Doesnt solve traffics and transportation needs as land and air transport is more efficient in the region.
