I think we need to wait and see what is PH doing with the construction sector. I got a feeling GAMUDA will get back some projects. Lets wait it out and see.

Too early to tell price will move up or the other way. We hv to wait for Daim to announce the toll concession outcome which estimated this week then we will see the direction for Gamuda.

I believe eventually it will bounce back to its fair value, just matter of time
but still worried the coming announcements by PH govt will affect the investors' sentiment and directly affect the share price

There be toll fee to sustain the electrical, maintenence cost, huge reduction in subsidies from government. Mainly review take away the hidden cost toll fee able reduce and profit sustainable for the company.... Real cost... PH never commit scrap toll fee

many investors expect the Penang transport master plan may start soon which benefit Gamuda. I have doubt as the country need to clear debt first although Gamuda may need to self finance a lot for the project. It is not so easy for any company to get such financing at this moment.

KUALA LUMPUR (May 24): The Council of Eminent Persons (CEP) has given assurance that Bumiputera contractors will continue to be assisted under the new government, said Malaysian Malay Contractors Association president Datuk Mokhtar Samad.

He was among those summoned by the Council to identify improvements that could be taken to assist the Bumiputera contractors.

MRT3 most likely to be cancelled. HSR most likely to be deferred. ECRL contract value to be reviewed. But still better to wait for official announcement from government

I guess so. my friend was approached by job hunter for MRT3 on end April but currently he was informed the hiring is on hold...GG

But it could be in 'on hold' mode until the contract is reviewed by gov. Perhaps like what you said, need to wait until official announcement from gov.
