Ans : More packages of MRT2 will be awarded in Q3 2016, hopefully, management fee will be incorporated in next quarter result to boost up EPS. RM 5.60 will be possible in 2016.

Agreed, being PDP, it stand to earn 6% management fee (3% each for gamuda and MMC) + profit margin 12% for its own tunnel work. Gamuda remain my top pick for construction exposure.

Despite lock in all profit alrdy just now at 1.03, but now ready to buyback again :D)

strangely is that gamuda also got block at 4.90/4.91, no breakthrough for warrant to advance. Gamuda warrant has huge upward potential, it will move in almost same absolute value with gamuda due to the extremely small premium but the percentage return is much much higher.

BNM reduce interest rate by 25 BP, hopefully, this news will move up KLSE. KLSE appears to be one of weaker markets, others are moving up like rocket.

A major event takes place today, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) had reduced the interest rate by 25 bp to 3.25%. Any reduction in interest rate will help stock market to move up north. To me it is a good news to our sluggish KLSE. Foreign funds are net buyer today to boost up the poor sentiment.

Oversea stock markets are super bullish especially US, Britain and also Europe. All Asian stock markets are also doing well. The only country that not doing well is KLSE.

The reduction of interest rate helps KLSE today, Construction and Properties sectors are bullish now. These 2 indexes had crossed 200 days SMA.

I cannot predict the direction of stock market, I hope this reduction of interest rate will help KLSE to move up north.
