since the conversion rate is just 2.66 , and the mother share now is selling at rm4 , does it mean that rm1.18 of gamuda-wd is a very worthy stock ?? ?

simple maths ... Rm2.66 + Rm 1.18 = Rm3.84 !! Mother share was closing at Rm4.00 !! The variance is Rm0.16 !!!!
In other words, Gamuda-wd worth at least Rm1.34 at this point !!!!

Or in a more simpler way, if u buy in gamuda-wd at the closing price of Rm1.18 ... u r buying the mother share of Gamuda at Rm3.84 !! means , anythg above Rm3.84 is a profit for you !!!!

I bought 40,000 of gamuda-wd at 1.36 and converted to gamuda by paying 2.66 each. ( means getting 1 gamuda mother share at 4.02 ). Sold all of them at 4.15 couple of days ago ... Profit = 5k !!!

It depends, let assume you are not a nominees client, the request form will be submitted directly to the registrar, it normally take more than 7-14 market days til the new shares listed. This is based on my experience, as they need to apply to bursa for the new share.
