CHOOBEE has started to source raw materals from other countries since MEGASTEEL has stopped production.

CHOOBEE capacity could produce max 108,000 tonnes of output a year, if multiply by rm500 premium charge, it's 54mil.

That's mean it can save up to 54mil from buying raw materials.

Have been holding this counter since Mar '14, at a cost of 1.69...sold 20% of that stake when it raced up in the following week, getting 2.456 average and keeping the rest for dividends.

After receiving 16 cents dividend in these 3 years ( AND 3 generous 7-course Chinese feasts during the respective AGMs), my cost is 1.53 per share and I'm STILL holding on... :D

speak frankly, since CHOOBEE no need to buy raw materials from MEGASTEEL, its EPS should can maintain 9 cents per quarter.

If you multiply by 4 quarter, it should be worth 36 cents. It may go further to 3.60. Currently share price just 1.77, so attractive.

if divided 104 mil Sharesoutstanding is generating RM1 per yr. Now RM2, 2 years recover your cost liao.

After MEGASTEEL is closed, CHOOBEE posted 9 cents EPS per quarter. Now you should know what is the TP.
