I'm invested in this counter from many years ago. So far, can see that the company is getting more stable as compared to last time. It's one of those counters that have been serving me well thru these years. Not gigantic gains but 2x better than FD

For 2x better than FD, you can try REITs and it payment half-yearly or quarterly dividend. Some of my is close to half the cost that I invest few years ago.

Depends on the deal, if 2.8bil, you wont be getting 9xc after the deal completed, u probably have to buy much higher price than current price.
