Once KPS fixed the EGM date, stock will restart its upswing again, breaking RM 2.00 is just a matter of time. KPS have trio advantage: firstly disposal of KHSB give rise write back of previous provision, increase its NTA to more than RM 3.00, Secondly, part of the proceed from disposal will be reward back to shareholder through special dividend payout 26.6sen, or 15% yield. Thirdly, if Selangor state water restructuring materialize, KPS subsidary: Abbass (91%) and Splash (30%) stand to reap huge lump sum windfall profit and another round of special dividend is expected.

KPS have yet to fixed to EGM date, but will be very soon. KPS has announce it have granted 2 month extension time for KDEB to complete KHSB acquisition

Within 2 month, first, circular need to dispatch to shareholder follow by notice of EGM and then 2-3 week EGM will hold and secure shareholder approval and the deal is complete, follow by special dividend of 26.6sen to shareholder. All these process must done within these 2 month or by 29 of Sept.

Jaks and yli are both involve in pipe manufacturing. Water restructuring must first complete, then follow by state to resume pipe replacement, but chance to award contract to JAKS is slim as KPS no longer its major shareholder.

It will depend on volume and momentum. However, it investor already know there will be special dividend of 26.6sen, and share price definitely will response positively once the entitlement date is announce, then investor should decide buying now at current price instead of waiting later before share price go up further.
