"Has not received" usually imply an action is ongoing. Otherwise they will write "we are not aware of"

Is this news or rumour? Privatisation offer is normally 75% of nta if I'm not mistaken.. rogers123 mentioned 1.20 which is accurate. Let's see how it goes.
