Privatization are usually well kept secret especially gov owned one. Believe some party might hv leaked out to sabotage and edge was just the vehicle.

kps is holding company. CPI and toyo park inside kps does not improve kps share price. Only if it taken out and listed , does it bring value.
therefore kps privatisation is matter of time and won't be too long.

I listen to one "conspiracy theory" that seem most likely KPS will be taken private soon.
PKR + DAP have reason to believe that they might lose Selangor in coming GE15 to BN + PAS so they want to Sell most profitable KPS asset and distribute Cash to other lost -making Co in
their Group thereby preventing BN to capitalise on KPS later .
CPI + Toyo have suitors lining up especially Foxconn (Apple). Foxconn is now bidding Silterra
(Chip Manufacturer from Khazanah )....It is so much easy to break up KPS asset when it is a
private CO
