That is what I said when Anwar was put in jail bcos PKR will retaliate. First victim will be Rozali
(Umno man). But Najib wants Langat 2 so why not start with Splash and then 6 months later
Puncak get it chance again. Of course this upset many people in Puncak blog, nobody
believe Selangor will cancel the deal bcos too many projects & money are involved.
Do not underestimate what politician can do.

Last they cancel the deal .. This is good for kps. Kps trading at lowest price because they accept the lowest offer price for splash . Only 250million . If the deal done only get ard 7million . One year the water business can profit nearly 100million . Splash business still can remain for 16years . And Syabas still can go for six year . Now kps shareholders is waiting for better offer price . Don't forget kps earning is stabile growing . . Correct me if I'm wrong .

Today gossip seem to point what Roger123 said earlier--Only Puncak is in restructuring.
Splash is to maintain its status quo as previously--No idea about 1.6B debt. If taken up
by Fed then Splash is debt free.

SHAH ALAM, 17 MAC: Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor (SPLASH) masih mempunyai hak untuk mengeluar air di negeri ini, jelas Mohamed Azmin Ali.

Dato’ Menteri Besar itu berkata, SPLASH mempunyai hak itu selagi perjanjian utama pengambilalihan industri air melibatkan syarikat berkenaan tidak dimuktamadkan.

Azmin Air“Semua operator diberikan Lesen Abstrakdisi Air untuk mengekstrak air mentah, kalau tidak bagaimana hendak beroperasi.

“Ini bukan sahaja berlaku kepada SPLASH tetapi juga kepada Puncak Niaga.

“Jadi bagaimana Kerajaan Negeri boleh batalkan lesen hak pengeluaran air, keadilan mesti ditegakkan,” katanya kepada pemberita.

Beliau ditemui selepas majlis perhimpunan bulanan jabatan kerajaan di Dewan Jubli Perak, SUK di sini pagi ini.

Baru-baru ini, mantan Menteri Besar, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim mempersoalkan tindakan Kerajaan Ngeri mengeluarkan lesen kepada SPLASH.

Perjanjian dengan Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd dan Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) pada bulan November 2014.

Manakala SPLASH, berdasarkan perjanjian asal diberi tempoh setahun (sehingga 12 September 2015) untuk memuktamadkan perjanjian itu dengan Kerajaan Negeri.

Yes .. We know kps will go up when the splash deal with highest offer . But now I think it should take more time to complete the deal . Why not we go for puncak 1st . After puncak going up we only switch back to kps . Make two round profit .

According to news above, Azmi will disclose Khalid have previously offer extraordinary high price for splash, but only will reveal it after state conclude the deal with splash.

It is interesting to note what will Azmi offer price vs. Khaild offer price to take over splash.

Nevertheless, state must first complete take over Puncak first, follow by Abbass (91% control by KPS) and last only for splash (30% control by KPS)

I have track some shares selling by KPS director. Really very small volume 10,000 shares each
transaction ( not frequent too ) New CEO Raja Shahreen Bin raja Othman is from the
Selangor Royal family. Is the palace interested in KPS?

After earn the gain from puncak still have enough time switch back to kps make for another round of earning . Good luck everyone .
