Alert: One fortunebullz is using upsidedown19 as his nick. My nick is upsidedown119 (note the 119). Fortunebullz has gone bonkers after being proven wrong in the SKPetro forum. He told people that SKP will gap up to 3.20 and that crude oil will rise to 200USD/barrel. He made a call at 3.09 just before price collapse to 2.80. Those who listened to him have been flown to holland. They really roasted him at the SKP forum. I was one of those who exposed him earlier. He has stooped to using a nick similar to mine hoping that forummers will mistaken it for mine and posting idiotic comments hoping to stigmatise me!

Sultan S'gor tarik balik gelaran 'Datuk Seri' Anwar

Gelaran Datuk Seri kepada Ketua Pembangkang Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim yang dianugerahkan padanya pada 1992 ditarik balik oleh istana Selangor.

Penarikan balik itu berkuat 3 November.

Kenyataan istana menyebut, pembatalan darjah kebesaran itu dibuat atas alasan Anwar mempersoal kewibawaan dan kuasa sultan dan institusi raja ketika krisis menteri besar sebelum ini.

"Tindakan dan perlakuan beliau adalah tidak lagi seorang yang sesuai untuk memegang darjah kebesaran ini," kata Setiausaha Sulit Sultan Selangor, Datuk Mohamad Munir Bani.

Semakan di laman web darjah kebesaran negeri mendapati, penarikan balik itu diwartakan pada 20 November.

Ketegangan dengan istana itu muncul apabila PKR sebelum ini bertegas untuk menamakan seorang calon pengganti Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim walaupun istana mahukan lebih nama.

PKR mencalonkan presiden PKR dan isteri Anwar, Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Ismail walaupun istana akhirnya memilih timbalannya Azmin Ali sebagai menteri besar baru.

Puncak warrant holder is converting in anticipate for upcoming Puncak special dividend RM 1/fully diluted share. Currently, Puncak is in the midst of getting endorsement from Bursa to approved circular relate to water assets disposal, according to scheduled, the circular should issue after 11 Dec, follow by botice EGM and shareholder approved to finally seal the deal and Puncak stand to received RM 1.55 bil or net cash RM 2.95/fully diluted share.

Thanks Hng...another question...what does that means to the share price after the RM1 special dividend? Let say the share close at RM2.70 at ex-date...will it be RM1.70? What do you mean by the RM2.95? is it the actual NTA after special dividend? sorry..i am not familiar with all these...:)

Puncak NTA before water asset disposal is RM 4.74, after disposal is RM 5.75 (Puncak realize gain about RM 1/share). However, if take into account Puncak fully diluted share volume, after disposal, Puncak NTA will be diluted into 4.78, payout spacial dividend RM 1/fully diluted share, NTA will down to RM 3.78/fully diluted share. In short, after Puncak payout RM 1 special dividend to fully diluted share volume, its still have back by about RM 1.90 cash/share + RM 1.88 assets such as landbank, property, oil and gas business, China water treatment plant, construction business

Do not underestimate oil.. Oil is major income for all countries in the world. Drop the oil price means that cutting their own country pocket money. Opec members cannot stick to the initial idea of pushing the oil price to 40.00. Not even 3 months, opec members already feel the pain of dropping it. LOL... Next opec meeting 5-June-2015 members will voice out and protest this stupid idea.
