kudos to Takaful CEO Mohamed Hassan Kamil. for outstanding performance under his management. share price rose from below 40 sen to almost RM 10 before share split. just track where else will he heading to lead. BTW I am just IT guys.

They better dump their jobs too and let others to take over if no confident. Its wise to dump shares in case profit hv not growing, no matter how unsatisfied we are, complaining seems useless. unless new ceo take over and bring business to the next higher level.

If we see the announcement almost every year the management got free shares. So its free for them. We never see the announcement for management buying the shares because they already have the free one, we will only see the announcement for selling

The largest shareholder dumped Takaful shares! CEO also selling Takaful shares! In addition, the current CEO going to resign early next year! Insurance claims from the public getting higher and higher, reaching historical peak. Yes, Takaful will run business as usual, the future growth is debatable due to not only the changes in top management team, but also the competitive insurance providers (Great Eastern, LPI, Alliance etc) in the market.

Takaful was second largest insurance company in Msia, with the one of the greatest track record it have, currently the share price is much undervalued. Anyway I am lazy to explain , do home on your own. Patient and your view will be rewarded.
