I dont think Calvin know how to see financial statements , assets vs liability , current/quick ratio , etc else all this will flag out. before it drop to PN 17
what he see is the imaginary part
Eg imagine the swamp/land turn into gold
There is also no access road to the swamp
So ideal for Calvin to hide there from "Ah long"

Some say that he is hiding in the swamps of bjland because there is no access road so 'Ah Long' also can't find him ! Why Amanah Raya do not take the land as an offer for the put option ex repayment, at RM 14 psf? Well Malay do thing sometime hard to understand, maybe they are too clever, wanting those money owe earn higher interest rate @7%, drag drag then earn more. Or maybe they are just too stupid and short sighted to understand the land value. They are not need hurry in need of huge sum of money, make me wonder why...worst has come, I am in.
