Hopefully YTL and EPF buying news will prevent YTL Power from going lower than RM1.50 even as market correct to near 1700. Strong pound sterling should help Wessex, YTL Power main profit contributor.

YTLP shall be benefit from the recent oil prices drop. The prices also trade near to its NAV and low PE... attractive dividen yield if he maintain the yield as last yr... but...recent news of relisting of Malakoff..may have some impact on it since some of the GLC funds may choose to divest into it and reduce exposure on YTLP...

YTLP's Malaysia business is enough to build another 2 IPPs without any contract and without overseas income support. You just need state ruler's pemit to do so.... they are ready to build one in Johor and one in Sabah.... Once GLC link IPPs fail to complete the power plants on time and fail to provide consistent power supply, Tenaga has to buy from the IPPs with no contract with 3-5 times more expensive price. ;) ;)
