Ytlpower share buy back why? Share dividend still in selling mode? Prospects very gloomy. They going to dry up the cash reserves and soon no money to pay debts

Why EPF continue to buy the shares? To make our EPF money a lost?
Real prospect is buying low holding long.
Too many low cash companies out there stock value is > $1 but if compare to YTL Power.
They are lack of fundamental and fragile?
Compare and contrast between PPE, mask, gloves companies.
EPF never buy any of those but keep buying a temporary low performance YTL Power. Why?

EPF is selling gloves and buying in YTL power.
See the trend. Market indice fell below 1.5k and buying in cheap is the time.

Except YTL power there's still alot of worth long invest co like UOA / EcoW.

YTL power giving free 1 shares for every 16 shares. Good for long term investor. ie.EPF

Total Number of shares issued and outstanding: 8,158 million

8,158 / 16 = 510

About 510 million shares is to be issued as Share Dividend (1 treasury share for every 16 existing ordinary shares held).

Currently, the total number of shares retained in Treasury is about 483 million shares.

There is a short fall of about 27 million shares, in the Treasury, if 510 million shares are to be issued as Share Dividend.

And, after all the shares in the Treasury have been issued as Share Dividend, YTL Power is likely to carry out NEW Share Buy Back.

Hence, there should be some buying support for the shares of YTL Power.

DIVIDEND share issued = 7675M/16 = 479.69M
Balanced in treasury after issuing of dividend = 3.31 M
Still ok

Testing 0.50. Next 3 quarters results are unlikely to be good. LT investors see bull comes and goes. Lenders are the happiest as borrowings is high. Of course, ytl major SH and management and bod are happy too.

Yes got issue not only with voting but also unable to follow the meeting fully as the streaming was only functioning parts of the time. Tricor failed to carry out the job properly as it should.
