Another day of dropping. But it has managed to recover from the morning low of 4.16. Must see how the it ends in the afternoon. The sellers might return to liquidate their portfolio. Wait-and-see appears to be the better strategy for us the small fish.

Average down at 4.53 and 4.50. Can't wait to see the % of edotco shares placed in order to get the valuation on edotco. Feel the management made the right move, IPO market is weak, private placement is more soft cost effective, faster to raise funds and am hoping they got better valuation with the private placement.

The telco sector has already been hampered by gomen policies. Extracting huge amt of $$$ in the form of spectrum fees means telcos have no more bumper dividends to give. Coupled with intense competition, telcos would probably see minor growth rates. Over the top applications have seen the demise of SMS & calls as income for telcos. So, there is really nothing to be excited abt telcos, be it Maxis, Digi or Axiata.

If the funds push telcos higher n higher, in the end they will be left holding the baby as no investors will pay a high price considering the situation now.
