Traderman, don't cheat lah. Already issue profit warning. How can get good result?. But I am positive about VS. I come back to buy because it has more or less price in. This stock is a rare gem that gives back to share holder. Regular dividend pay and bonus shares.

HY pattern is repeating here. Result out, drop caused by over reacting coupled with us tariff news affecting share market around the world. But those who buy when other fear will be rewarded handsomely. Just keep this for long term. Much better than fd. Anything below 3 is bargain, close eye and buy.

profit warning mentioned 60% decline in profit but however Hk released for half year results which included last quarter losses, so I'd we compare this to last comparative quarter, this quarter should be good , other wise is not only 6% decline, it will be more than that.

Analyse VS business model thoroughly, then U won't feel fearful. It has been years of efficient management team n above average earnings growth prospects. Growth, dividend, n bonuses already priced in now. Buy on Weakness, if u really understand n the future value will be growing. Sell if you think its future value will decline. So make your decision accordingly. Thanks.

But target to recover in following quarters. Most researchers believe 2H2018 will rebound strongly.

By having bonus issue annoucement recently, believe Management is confident to company performance & share price should be rally later stage.

If continue to drop further, it is good chance to enter and hold further.

@miker! Short selling is illegal in Bursa. Well, these are panic selling...and the price actions n biddings go lower n lower. Psychological be prepared...n take advantage of Mr. Market irrational behaviour. Don't follow the panic crowd, if u understand VS business, n your data n reasoning are right. Thanks.

Recent market changed. Could be more and more retail investor or trader actively trade in bursa. Sometime pity on those new trader or newbie in the market who just following their so call sifu or trainer...follow their buy call , sell call... cut lose accordingly. Often time frequent buy and sell wont lead u to profit, but u lose money and comission ...be smart, do homework and dont solely rely on 1 or 2 source. VS is not goreng stock, hold atleast 1-2 yrs to get ur reward

Desperado...90% want to become 'kaya' in 1 or 2 months...if so easy...90% of the population are so...'kaya' raya'...Many aren't reach the level of the middle way n have full conviction. So many variables involved, not only FA, TA, BS, macro, interest rate, supply n demand, government policy, forex exchange, corporate tax, etc. Psychologically u need intuition to spot market price movements, n these keep on changing. Some time it is good to hold good portfolio company for long term but some time still need to sell Bcos of uncertainty of global economic and political issue.No exactly rules for trading ,no right and no false because we only a small investor unable to affect to much in price up or down.We just wanna get some reward better than fixed deposit rate.During bad time when good portfolio company share price slump or dropped to some reasonable level then that is good time to buy and hold for it may be about 3 to 5 years then u will able to get huge rewards.For now...basically no a really good time but still not a bad time..just need to more becareful to choose which counter to buy...
