MrBeh, im seasoned investor and this downside only small bite compare what happened in 1997. KLCi 200 pts @ -80%.

In 2007 klci was -40%

Current downside klci still at 1800 pts due to us tariff trade. Not financial crisis.

As u can see, bluechip stock doesnt affect much. Those bluechip hold big chunk of klci and as long they stay, this is not big crisis.

So if this is not crisis, why many had drop > -30%?

If you a smart investor, you should hve the answer. That keep me holding.

The only problem with investor in situation like this is, they have no money left to play.

And sorry to say, i was not one of them.

I always keep aside more than half of investment for bad times and when bad times comes i able to pick good stock at cheaper price and recover back the loss.

At this moment you'll see those people fear face, like you go to genting, those gamblers win then face look happy happy, when loss money what bad habit also come out, throw the money lar, F here F there.
That why gambling is no good, like what you see these people now scold here scold there.
Do invest not gamble to stock, you know why 80% retailers loss money? Because of they also gambling in out in out.
Now you cut loss, mean you loss already.
One day you no sell, one day you still own the share,when you invest, you only think of win? Have you know your own afford to what level of risk? How long you can hold?

Buy share at your own risk own decision, share drop dont blame people, if you feel loss money you cannot sleep, sell.
If you feel you are doing invest, i think now is the right timing, 3.xx drop to 2.xx, 50% if you now in.
But i not ask you to buy, this is your own decision. 2.00 to 3.00 is 50%,how long you need to put in FD?
