On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that the Board had on
17 September 2020 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of
28,700,000 Placement Shares at RM0.52 each (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents
a discount of RM0.057 or 9.88% to the 5-day VWAMP of the BKCB Shares up to and
including 15 September 2020 of RM0.577, being the last market day
immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date.

The purpose of money raised through Private Placement is to pay BKCB debts
of RM160 million.

Private placement is common when the coy has high gearing ratio, then this is the way to increase fund. Many companies do this, including tech and telco companies. So when this happened, the counter will be suspended to avoid panic selling
