AI伺服器訂單三級跳，台積電先進CoWoS封裝產能嚴重供不應求，台積電總裁魏哲家6日表示，去年起，CoWoS需求幾乎是雙倍成長，明年需求持續強勁。

“Because of ChatGPT, TSMC has received large orders for advanced packaging. Demand has greatly exceeded our capacity,” Liu said.

Nvidia Corp, a major supplier of AI graphics processing units, is one of the major clients of TSMC’s chip-on-wafer-on-substrate (CoWoS) packaging technology.

To satisfy customers’ demand, TSMC allocated some capacity for the advanced packaging technology at its fab in Taoyuan’s Longtan District (龍潭), Liu said, adding that it outsources some of the CoWoS production to chip packagers.

For the full year, CoWoS capacity would be double the size of last year, as the company continues its pace of expansion, he said.

I have this stock but regret didn't buy more to average down @ 99.5c recently. Today, I ventured into S'pore semiconductor play Venture Corp @ S$15.02 after 2 opportunities to trade by buying @ $16.50 & selling @ S$18+ were missed since 2022.

low inflation and declining interest rates have been the major factor contributing to strong equity returns over the last four decades. I feel this stock is better to buy when price is low. The dividends is high and nice and act like FD where if wrong for years, you don't lose because it pays high dividend higher than FD and you can afford to wait. But when the price runs up, it runs up fast and easy to earn +30, +40, + 50% gain. I accumulated at 1.02, 1.03, 1.03, 1.11, 1.17. I took profits at 1.41, 1.54. Maybe a bit too early to take profits but still have more than 60% bought. I wouldn't buy at 1.6 personally and would wait for price to dip first.

A trader normally will miss huge gains just becsuse they scare n sell too early when the scenario is become better n better , i can say this stock will drop back a bit n hit another higher level later , so dont be scare n sell too early , it will hit minimum 2.20 at year end !
