The statement from Steve Tan at Nov 2013.

Tan is confident of turning Patimas around and hopes for it to remain a listed entity.

“We are appealing to Bursa to allow us an extension of the deadline to submit our regularisation plan. I only came in on Oct 17, and will need some time to implement our plan. Without the extension of the deadline, minority shareholders will lose out,” he said.

Tan added that should the appeal go through, there were ready investors who were willing to pump in capital to recapitalise the company.

okay maybe is positive the support from CPE. But CPE would not concern on Patimas delisted. After delisted, they still can work together with CPE - Nothing wrong

No doubt CPE will be serious turaround the company since they have already making 90% lost from Patimas investiment.
But still how this can affect chances of getting unsuspended? I think no, unless the plan they come out is convinsive.

It is then plan that will convince the autoritis to unsuspension. But the plan takes damn long and still yet finalised! Anyway, we will need patiently wait AT MOST another 3 weeks to know the regularisation plan outcome before 28/Feb.

look certainly delisted. If plan really work it wont wait till last min to announce. We know dataplan business future is bright but the fortune not goes to Patimas. Maybe Yes to Patimas, fortune not for invester, they still can operate as normal after delisted. Happy Trading

Patimas staff all are sucks. Very low knowledge guys and will talk about big IT projects.... They (some of guys) even cant deploy small applications in server. They owes still RM 200,000 over to one of outsourcing vendor. At the end i also loose money. :)

Compare to Octagon, it has obtained green light agreeement from major creditor to go ahead with regularisation plan.

Pls be patient and since we have wait for so long already, why not wait another 1 week and see then we all will know what will happen with the Patimas.
Patimas totally different from Octagon because Patimas have CPE and CPE recently have aquired few company.
Pls go to CPE website and have a look.

hey HYG thank for the good info. CPE acquired a few company and they also have adamasfinance focuses on funding growth capital to small and medium enterprises (“SMEs”) throughout Asia, predominantly in Greater China, covering the credit spectrum to meet the underserved financing needs of such enterprises across various industries. Em very interesting and sometime in share market, something will happen when you less expected it to happen. All of people here suggest PATIMAS will bungkus. And we will see what going to happen next.
