Pls be patient and Bursa not make any annoucement means it is a good news for Patimas. The regularisation plan propose by Patimas may need sometime to evaluate by Bursa. This is not easy to make a decision but if the time is longest means is good for Patimas.

US stock up about 200 point and it is a good sign for KLSE. As for Patimas it is a good start when Bursa make an announcement by next week. Now day all the world has been involve deeply in cloud, LTE and data center business.
For sure Patimas will be a very good position to go to next stage with the new team.

巴迪玛斯建议削减股票面值，从原本的每股10仙，取消9仙，至每股面值1仙，预计从中可入账至少7496万令吉，足以抵消公司部分亏损。

该公司也建议取消股票溢价户头的4439万7000令吉，以降低累积亏损至5366万4000令吉。

同时巴迪玛斯拟以每股10仙，限制配售2亿股给有待确认的第三方投资者。

重组计划还包括发行最多4亿7387万629股附加股，以及同样数额的免费凭单。巴迪玛斯献议股东每拥有一股，就可以每股10仙认购1股附加股，并获赠1张免费凭单。

公司大股东CPE资本增长有限公司承诺，若没有第三方投资者出现，将认购限制配售的2亿股；加上附加股计划，CPE将持有高达53%股权。届时，公司将向有关当局要求豁免大股东全面献购。

通过限制配售和附加股计划，公司预期最高可筹获6738万7000令吉，以充作扩展数据中心产量的资金、营运资本等。

完成相關活動後，霸迪瑪將以每股10仙發售價，向待定策略投資者發售最高2億股新股，而公司大股東――CPE成長資本已同意在公司無法覓得策略投資者時認購相關新股。

隨後，擬以1配1附加股送1憑單比例，發售最高4億7千387萬零629股附加股和憑單，發售價和行使價均為10仙。

通過配售和附加股計劃，霸迪瑪可籌措最多6千740萬令吉，其中3千100萬令吉將用於數據中心容量擴充、1千100萬令吉採用雲端解決方案、1千400萬令吉作為未來合約的簽定和執行費用，其餘838萬7千令吉和300萬令吉則為營運資本和重組活動費用。

目前，CPE持有公司5.16%股權，但在全數認購配售股票和附加股計劃後，其持股將膨脹至53.03%，將觸及全面獻購機制，因此大股東有意向證券監督委員會尋求豁免展開全購活動。

BBB79, yes you are right. If the plan was not good then Bursa should delist the Patimas already.
I guess Patimas will unsuspend after Bursa accept the appeal and the regularisation plan will take effect by next year Feb.

In fact i still got hold patimas but not buy during these dark period. Previously rm2+ then spilt to 1:10. So already accept the fact this counter loses. Luckily got so many good counters cover me back. Like Kencana~ now is sapurakencana

Pls be patient.

Patimas is not the only company that Bursa Malaysia dealing with, however Bursa Malaysia is the only company to deal with all the listed companies. Bursa may need more time to investigate and go through the regulation plan since they have so much of work from other companies to handle as well. Cheer up guys.
