（吉隆坡7日訊）巴迪尼控股（PADINI,7052,主板消費品組）受兩大海外服裝品牌雙面夾攻，分析員預見競爭加劇蔓延至其他州屬，導致其同店銷售成長減緩和面臨店面空間限制，拓展步伐受阻。

日本服裝品牌優衣庫（UNIQLO）今年3月將在檳城開設第八家分店，這是該品牌自2010年進軍大馬後，在巴生河流域以外地區的首家分店。目前7家分行位於飛輪海88、吉隆坡陽光廣場（Suria KLCC）、谷中城、萬達廣場、實達City Mall、雙威金字塔購物中心和佰樂泰購物廣場（Paradigm Mall）。

服裝零售業競爭加劇

大馬優衣庫是永泰（馬）（WINGTM，2976，主板產業組）及日本迅銷公司（Fast Retailing Co.）的聯營公司，股份比例為45：55。

鑒於需求強勁支撐，大馬研究不意外優衣庫及瑞典服裝品牌H&M也將順應此趨勢拓展至其他州屬。

該行指出，這兩家服裝品牌已在設有巴迪尼分店的購物中心營業，料加劇服裝零售業競爭，導致同店銷售成長從2012財政年的15%減速至2013-2015財政年的7.5至10%。

相信現有商場樓層面積受限和缺乏新商場供應零售空間，將成為該公司短期內拓展業務的主要障礙。

“優衣庫、H&M皆需要廣闊零售空間，料為巴迪尼空間需求形成挑戰，尤其是概念店，最大空間需求達2萬平方呎，平均面積需求為1萬1千至1萬5千平方呎。＂

該行認為，該股以12倍本益比交易，雖然高於10倍平均本益比，但依然位於3年本益比波動範圍內。

鑒於零售業同店銷售成長放緩、缺乏樓層空間和競爭加劇因素導致波動局面，該行維持“守住＂評級，合理價1令吉80仙不變。（星洲日報／財經）
