@persie - yes,volume today small although price down..means that this counter running out of sellers already

Over the weekend possibly will have some news or rumor on what the company will do with the gain from sales and people will start rushing to buy again next week..

persie, for any dividend entitlement, need to convert to mother share. Conversion is at 0.30. At closing price, the warrant is still in the money. If you have 1 lot=1000 shares, need to add rm3,000 to buy/ convert to mother.

Siva, Ex-date to convert to mother 4/2016. Any adjustment to the date since the proposed dividend may be in Q4 2014 ?

persie, if not mistaken, you can convert at any time. You could ask your re miser on how to go about it (if there are any documents to be filled up and payment method). I have no experience in converting warrants yet.
May be someone here has a better insight on this matter.

persie, the other thing that you can do is..... based on Fridays closing for warrant 0.405+0.30=0.705. The mother share ended @ 0.68.
You can sell the warrants and buy in the mother on Monday if this price stands (sell (0.405) and buy(0.68)).

Now they are selling the company. Not bad at all warrant conversion to mother share, still in the money if you want to convert.

ok, lets think for a while.
63 million(clean profit)= works out about 0.87/share.
If I pay 0.30(dividend)=,Rm3,0000, the price will come down to 0.57(fair value).
The thing is this, no matter what if declare 0.30 dividend, the share price will go down that much, ie. from 0.87 to 0.57.
What I'm looking forward is(if at all it happens/should happen).
1) will be good, if they are going to tell us how they are going to utilize the 63 million to invest (than the share price will appreciate from 0.57, after dividend to a higher level) .
2) The price to appreciate towards a fair value of 0.87.

Anyway, please sell if you don't feel confident on this company.
En.hasimdaud, it is not whether I'm confident or not. If you have sold , good and made some profit better still.
Everyone has got their own strategies to invest. Some invest for certain period before pulling out, some play daily to either make a quick buck or loose one and some wait for T=3/T+4 whether they make or break or cut lost.

Dont forget market will always push price when public fear the most

Go ahead and sell and insiders will keep collecting because they know what the company plans to do with the gain from the shar sales

Do what's best for you..for me id take a chance that the management isnt stupid enough just to sell the company without a plan..maybe its a strategy to push price down and then bounce it back up when the plan is revealed

of course short term ppl can sell down..but dont forget this company gain from the sales, the cash in hand is good for them to proceed with their business plan

today and tmro maybe get rid of the short term ppl who will cutloss, ppl who will hold long term will collect
