Abric is my hedging against bullish trend.would be loss kaw-kaw if invest other share in current market condition.look forward 30cent div and then decide next course of action.ex div cash eps 55 cent.at current price of 60 cent exdiv price should be 30 cent.30cent vs 55 cent is quite safe margin of safety.
Myself a newcomer in this game..May anyone kindly explain abt the dividend 30 cts per ordinary share of RM0.30. Say if I hold 1000 units of Abric, so the dividend amt will be RM300 or RM90. ????Rgds & cheers
My reminser told me conversion = RM 1.00 less 30 ct discount = 70 ct (i need to pay )where as mother price now = 65 only ....something not makes sense...Why not i just sell now at 33.5 and buy mother at 65 ,fork out 32.5 cts as opposed to 70 ct......puzzling
now the mother price is abt 60 cts n warrant 30 cts .After 30 ct divident , mother price will likely be = 30 ct only. What abt the warrant price = 30 ct ?
so, to avoid huge loss, warrant holder make sure to convert your warrant to mother share in time b4 entitlement date. Do check with share registrar last date for submission of exercise form. Just a friendly reminder
Abric may climb higher after breaching the MYR0.69 level and 100-day MAV line at its latest trading session. Traders may buy as a bullish bias could be present above this level, with a target price of MYR0.79. The stock may pull back and consolidate if it retraces back below the MYR0.69 level, with further support then anticipated at MYR0.635 – whereby traders may exit upon a breach.
Eight days (from the day the registrar receives the document) for direct accounts (i.e. stock owned under your name) and 12-13 days for nominee accounts.
ex date 21st so i think got time...if u want the 300 bonus....risky as i hv lost coinfidence for this share.share holders get nothing.....price will readjust less 30 ct after ex
