He gave seacera-w b at 26c 2 weeks ago, today 76c high. He even saud target above 1.00, so I buy lor. I heard sometime he press down other stock to collect, must know lor.

SilentBird: I already mentioned about this... TP is Rm5 many many many time i mentioned... If we win warisan merdeka, TP is rm5... If we fail just rm 2 with current SPAZ contract, Current tile factory capacity (revenue about 50mil a year)

But I still dont have info about 500acre, when they wanna start the development?.. and when they wanna do expansion on their current Tile factory.. they said, they can up to four times bigger capacity... they got 32acre land in kamunting Perak ....that is very big area for tile factory... still got chance to expand the factory..

If they do development on the 500acre and expand tile factory in kamunting perak, I cannot do accurate calculation yet...

Seacera business is unique... When they have construction job like MAHB or warisan merdeka, they earn money from the construction and also increase demand for their on tile.. no need for them to buy tile from other company... Warisan merdeka is huge area... Imagine if they produce tile for that project...

seacera has its own set of moat .. lands, tiles, current projects, power strategic partnership, future mega projects bla bla .. sustainability and growth are there.. a fast moving stock nonetheless ... enjoy the fun and entertainment limbo shows these couple of weeks .. surely will rewarding investors and punters with patience when the day comes...
