No speculation in this share..... We wanna talk about a fact
I bought seacera before bonus and before Seacera announce MoU warisan merdeka, and security fence... No warisan merdeka and no security fence, TP is More than RM 2... I sold my Inari 50k units for this seacera....
Before bonus Issue, seacera market capital is below 150mil... At that time, Tile revenue is 13mil per quarter (50-60mil per annum revenue and 2mil capacity).... But Im comfident, 32acre land in Kamunting is huge. My opinion they still have a chance to expand it... Director said yesterday, they can expand to 4mil capacity... so that mean revenue from tile it self can be 120mil per annum.
Hospital and resort in Melaka... I have no clue how much they can earn money from this project..
SPAZ 320mil contract... can sustain 3 years... I think seacera can earn 40mil (maybe more) revenue per annum
500acre land... I have no idea, when they wanna start this project... What we can earn from this is Seacera NTA... Seacera NTA could be Rm2-2.5 because of this land... and can sustain seacera for 10-15 years
I only consider tile revenue 120mil and SPAZ 40mil per annum..... So 120+40=160mil revenue per annum... consider profit is 15-20% from revenue.... profit can be 30mil and EPS can be 15sen... To know TP for seacera (EPS X 7-17 (depend on the industry, but I put 13 because seacera got plenty type of business and diversity)....So 15sen X 13 = Rm1.95... this calculation is without considering land 500acre development, and hospital and resort. That is why I willing to buy at price 78-84sen....
After Warisan merdeka MoU Announced, wahhhhh!!!! this is huge money.... multi bilion ringgit... I put TP Rm 5 if we win warisan merdeka.... I already showed calculation for this in previous page...
How about Security fence project? I never put this project in my calculation... If we win, then we will get huge dividend in the future and improve company cash... That is all....
Comparison seacera with our competitor (YILAI)...Yilai is tile manufacturer same like seacera.... what I wanna say is Yilai got 20acre factory in Johor and can produce 9mil meter square per year...
What is interesting point is Seacera wanna move their factory to Kamunting 32acre land. And current capacity of seacera is 2mil square meter in selayang... So in the future, how many seacera can produce tile in kamunting Perak... Could be 15-20mil square meter (almost 7 times bigger than current production)...
